Automotive Parts Associates hires Rob Payne

Rob is an industry veteran having spent time in his career with O’Reilly Auto Parts and Genuine Parts Company as a category manager.

Automotive Parts Associates, Inc., (APA) is excited to announce that Rob Payne has joined APA as Product Director. Rob is an industry veteran having spent the majority of his career with O’Reilly Auto Parts first as a counterperson, advancing into inventory control and then as a category manager. Most recently Rob worked with Genuine Parts Company again as a category manager.   

“I am excited to have Rob join the team.  He has a wide range of experience and a great rapport with our valued supplier partners. I look forward to working with him as we grow by improving our programs to benefit our shareholders and suppliers,” said Steve Tucker, President of APA. 

Rob will join Paul Brokaw with primary responsibilities to include negotiating and maintaining product line programs and communicating updates and changes to shareholders, as well as other duties.  

In his spare time, Rob and his wife enjoy traveling and outdoor activities like golf and snow skiing. Please join us in welcoming Rob to the APA team!
