The head is rotated by a long handle in the back of the stand making the rotation of the engine an easy task. It stands on a strong, sturdy frame built from heavy gauge welded square tubular steel atop an H-Frame with two fixed wheels at the front of the stand and two rear swivel casters for maneuverability.
