After greasing, press the thumb lever to release the coupler from the Zerk fitting. Users can then grease their equipment with both hands free to operate a grease gun, and they can do so without the mess or concern associated with leaking grease couplers or couplers releasing under pressure. The LockNLube Grease Coupler is only 1mm larger in diameter, compared to a standard coupler. It releases easily from recessed fittings.
