While independent mobile tool dealer Bob Fyler says he doesn’t spend much time switching up the layout of his truck, he does stress the importance of displaying products by category sections.

This allows both him, and his customers, to easily find tools they’re looking for.

“When you’re going to look for a diagnostic device, it’s going to be on one of those two shelves,” Fyler says, pointing to an area of the truck. “And my guys know that.”
