VehicleServicePros.com, the official website for Professional Tool & Equipment News and Motor Age magazines, in partnership with the vendors that supply the vehicle service market with the latest products to improve your business, is pleased to announce the annual Great Prize Giveaway contest.

Who doesn’t love to win something? And better yet, when you don’t have to pay to play!

Official Promotion Rules 

• No purchase or subscription is necessary to win. Purchase of or subscription to any Endeavor Business Media-related publications does not increase chances of winning. 
• The Great Prize Giveaway promotion (“Great Prize Giveaway”) is sponsored by Endeavor Business Media, 30 Burton Hills Blvd., Suite 185, Nashville, TN 37215. 
• Each entrant in the Great Prize Giveaway must, as of August 31, 2023, be: a legal U.S. citizen 18 years of age or older (or at least 19, if in Alabama and Nebraska, or 21 if in Mississippi); a professional owner, manager, or technician responsible for repairing and/or maintaining vehicles such as cars, trucks, or motorcycles; and an owner or employee of a fleet facility or vehicle service center. Employees of Endeavor Business Media, LLC or any Product Sponsors (defined below) and those employees’ immediate family members (spouses and siblings, children and parents and their spouses, regardless of where they live), and members of their households (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.   
• The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM CT on September 1, 2024, and runs through 11:59 PM CT on October 31, 2024 (“Entry Period”). Endeavor Business Media’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
• To enter, visit gpg.vehicleservicepros.com (the “Website”), look for the entry form on the Great Prize Giveaway landing page, and accurately complete the registration form. You will see a list of tool products that will be awarded as prizes (“Products”) and after registering you will have an opportunity to vote for your favorite Products. Each vote is an entry to win that particular Product. Each entrant may cast one vote per Product per day for up to five Products for a total of five votes per day. No other method of entry will be accepted. Endeavor Business Media is not responsible for entries or votes that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly or for any other problems or technical malfunctions that result in the failure of an entry to be correctly and promptly transmitted to Endeavor Business Media. Endeavor Business Media is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.   
• Winners will be selected in a random drawing for each Product from all eligible entries (votes) received for that Product during the Entry Period. Determination of the winners will be made by Endeavor Business Media and/or its agents in their sole and absolute discretion, and such determination will be final and binding. An entry for one Product will be eligible for only that Product, not for other Products. Odds of winning depend on the actual number of entries received for each Product during the Entry Period. There is no limit on the number of Products an entrant may be eligible to win.   
• On or about November 15, 2024, Endeavor Business Media will attempt to notify potential winners via telephone, email, and/or U.S. mail using the contact information provided to Endeavor Business Media at the time of entry (“Winner Notification”). Endeavor Business Media will have no liability for any Winner Notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by the winner for any reason. Each winner must provide a valid driver’s license or official state identification in order to claim their Product(s).   
• The prizes are the Products. A list of the Products, the company sponsoring the Product (“Product Sponsor”) and the approximate retail value of each Product can be found here: gpg.vehicleservicepros.com.
• Products will be delivered to winners directly by the Product Sponsor. Products are provided in “as is” condition without warranty of any kind, express or implied. No replacements will be provided regardless of the condition of the Product at delivery. No substitution, exchange, or cash redemption of a Product is permitted. All federal, state, and local taxes on the Product are the sole responsibility of the winner. Endeavor Business Media shall have no liability or responsibility with respect to fulfillment, shipment, delivery, or condition of any Product. The winner will receive a 1099 form for the value of the prize from the Sponsor should the prize be valued at $500 or more. Each Entrant hereby irrevocably waives the right to assert as a cost of receiving any prize any and all costs of verification and redemption to redeem such prize, if any, and any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem such prize. If applicable, prizes will only be delivered to United States addresses. All properly claimed Products will be awarded. In no event will Endeavor Business Media award more Products than are provided for in these Official Rules, which incorporate the Product list on the Website. 
• Each winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and Publicity Release by the deadline set forth therein. 
•  Information provided by entrants as part of the Great Prize Giveaway becomes the property of Endeavor Business Media, LLC and its affiliates and may be used by Endeavor Business Media in conformity with the Endeavor Business Media Website Privacy Policy.  
• Endeavor Business Media reserves the right to disqualify any entry. Disqualification of a winner may result from any of the following: (i) the winner’s refusal to accept the Product won; (ii) the winner’s failure to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and Publicity Release by the deadline in the Winner Notification; (iii) the return of a Winner Notification as undeliverable; or (iv) any other non-compliance with these Rules.   
• A list of winners will be posted on VehicleServicePros.com by December 15, 2024. To receive the list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by December 15, 2024, to: Endeavor Business Media, LLC, Attention: Great Prize Giveaway, 1233 Janesville Avenue, Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, 53538   
• Endeavor Business Media reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Great Prize Giveaway if the Great Prize Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection of Endeavor Business Media’s computer(s) by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud and any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Great Prize Giveaway. If Endeavor Business Media terminates the Great Prize Giveaway, Endeavor Business Media will select winners by random drawing from among eligible, nonsuspect entries received as of the termination, provided it is able to do so, and will post notice of the termination on the Website.   
• By participating in the Great Prize Giveaway promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Rules and to release, discharge, and hold Endeavor Business Media, the Product Sponsors and their employees, officers, directors, and agents harmless from all claims, liabilities, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Great Prize Giveaway or their acceptance, use or misuse of a Product including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. 
• Endeavor Business Media reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Great Prize Giveaway; violates the Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts in an annoying, abusive, threatening, or harassing manner. If a dispute arises regarding compliance with these Official Rules, Endeavor Business Media may consider, in its sole discretion, data reasonably available to Endeavor Business Media through information technology systems in Endeavor Business Media’s control, but Endeavor Business Media will not be obligated to consider any data or other information collected from any other source. Any failure by Sponsor to enforce any of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of such Official Rules. If there is a conflict between any term of these Official Rules and any marketing or other materials used in connection with the Great Prize Giveaway, the terms of these Official Rules will govern.   
• The Great Prize Giveaway will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Void in Florida and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. 
• If there is a dispute regarding the Great Prize Giveaway, we want to address your concerns first without needing a formal legal case. Before filing a claim against any party in connection with the Great Prize Giveaway, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. We will try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission – and only then, you may bring a formal proceeding as described in the remainder of this paragraph. ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GREAT PRIZE GIVEAWAY, MUST BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT CLASS ACTION, AND THAT ANY JUDICIAL PROCEEDING WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE; (2) ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO OUT-OFPOCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS INCURRED IN ENTERING THE GREAT PRIZE GIVEAWAY, BUT NOT INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (3) ENTRANT WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES AND RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED.   
• Sponsors will be collecting and processing personal data of Entrants in accordance with their respective privacy policies, which are hereby incorporated herein. Please review Endeavor Business Media’s privacy policy at www.endeavorbusinessmedia.com/privacy-policy. Please review the Sponsors’ respective privacy policies. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant hereby agrees to Sponsors’ collection, processing and use of Entrant’s personal information and acknowledge that the Entrant has read and accepted the Sponsors’ respective privacy policies.
