    David Scribner is Technical Director for Car-O-Liner Company. His responsibilities encompass broad areas related to leadership in business growth and applied technologies to the automotive and commercial divisions; as well as increasing communication links and development information with OEMs and customers.  Scribner brings over 25 years of experience in product line management, product development, design patents and worldwide OEM homologations of automotive and heavy-duty truck service equipment.  His extensive background comes from prior executive positions held within Snap-On Equipment, Bosch Diagnostics and Hunter Engineering Company.
