Colter Shaffer
Colter Shaffer began working in his brother's body shop while attending college and continued his automotive career afterward, running large shops, small shops, and everything in between. He has been a sales advisor, tire sales manager, service manager, and store manager. That broad background and knowledge helped him transform five broken stores into profitable business locations. He's also been an area manager in charge of eight locations and more than 150 employees and taught courses on a national level, covering behavioral interviewing and consumer behavior profiling. Colter attributes his success to his ability to create a great culture with his people and keeping his eyes open for blind spots in his business.
