Site overhaul offers one-stop-shop for auto repair

Mechanic Advisor has announced it has completed a major overhaul of their website. The site now offers extensive resources for consumers to make the most informed decision when selecting a mechanic.

Consumers in all 50 states can now search for the perfect auto repair shop based on their need. With over 200,000 service shops listed, consumers can browse providers by a number of variables including city, state and specialty.

All shop listings include hours of operation, contact information and customer ratings.

Mechanics can also claim their listing or add their business to the database.

“When we launched the Mechanic Advisor website, we were looking to fill a void for consumers,” said Parker Swift, managing partner at Mechanic Advisor. “With the state of the economy, we decided to revamp the site to offer more options for consumers to connect with the best service provider.”

Founded in 2006, Mechanic Advisor offers a one-stop hub for drivers. The site offers free resources for consumers to make the best choice in selecting a mechanic including how-to videos, articles and mechanic reviews.
