Texas gives Tesla the boot

Anti-Tesla legislation also pending in North Carolina, Colorado and Virginia thanks to dealers fearing competition.

Tesla, a manufacturer of electric vehicles, has followed an unconventional business model to sell directly to consumers. This sales strategy has caused Texas dealerships to ban the sale of Tesla cars, according to ABC Nightline.
