Marx Group Advisors (MGA) has announced its representation of OE Plus LTD., (OE Plus) in its sale to Motorcar Parts of America. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Marx Group Advisors (MGA) has announced its representation of OE Plus LTD., (OE Plus) in its sale to Motorcar Parts of America. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
OE Plus is a leading supplier of quality remanufactured and new starters and alternators to the automotive aftermarket.
”The acquisition of OE Plus is a strategic transaction that offers strong brand recognition within the professional installer market,” said Paul Cooperstein, president, Marx Group Advisors, which facilitated the transaction.
