Jon Barbara and Wayne Tillotson join TODCO management team

Two additions to the TODCO management team.

TODCO, Transportation Division of Overhead Door Corporation, welcomes Jon Barbara and Wayne Tillotson to its management team.  The announcement was made by Joe Owen, President of TODCO.

Jon Barbara has joined TODCO as Materials Manager and will report to Chris Oehler, TODCO Director of Operations, and work in coordination with the corporate supply chain.  Jon will provide direction to the purchasing and shipping departments, lead material and supplier cost reduction projects, provide oversight of the master scheduling process to ensure on-time deliveries, direction of inventory management, PDCA problem solving to drive continuous improvement in materials management and provide direction for supplier development and performance improvement.

Jon joins TODCO after 8 years with progressive materials management responsibility at Cooper Tire and Rubber Company and 4 years as an Operations Scheduler for the Miller Brewing Company.

Jon received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Northwood University in Michigan and furthered his education as a Six Sigma Green Belt in addition to completing the Senior Leadership Training Program via Toledo University.

Wayne Tillotson joined TODCO as Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Manager, and will also report to Chris Oehler.  Wayne will provide strategic as well as tactical leadership in manufacturing support by providing daily direction to maintenance, develop and implement a preventative maintenance program, continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to improve safety, productivity and quality, lead capital projects and manage environmental compliance.

Wayne has a proven track record of more than 20 years’ experience in maintenance, including roles as Senior Maintenance Technician, Controls Technician, Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, Supervisor and Maintenance Manager.  Since 2007, Wayne had worked as Maintenance Manager for Arboris, LLC in Newark, OH.   

Wayne’s post high-school education includes Vocational Training and Industrial Maintenance/Engineering .  Wayne later furthered his education and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Ohio.
