Innova Electronics Corporation has acquired Aftermarket Telematics Technologies, LLC (ATT), it was announced by Ieon Chen, CEO of Innova Electronics Corporation.

“By completing this strategic acquisition, we are able to offer a full suite of telematics solutions for automotive aftermarket parts and service providers so they can build stronger customer relationships through connected car technologies,” said Chen.

Aftermarket Telematics Technologies is a provider of web-based automotive telematics software and services for the automotive aftermarket, making it easy to manage connected vehicles from anywhere. The company’s president, Jim Dykstra, will join Innova in a management role.

“Bringing in ATT’s Vehimatics connected car technology allows Innova to round out its telematics portfolio,” said Mike Fitzgerald, executive vice president and general manager of Innova Fleet Services. “Now, in addition to serving fleet customers, we will be able to provide comprehensive business intelligence, remote diagnostics, and parts and vehicle management technology to help our aftermarket customers compete.”
