Nearly 13.3 million additional service opportunities are now covered by Federal-Mogul Motorparts’ MOOG steering and suspension brand through the introduction of 26 new MOOG parts in July. Ten of the new parts are the first available within the aftermarket for their respective applications. Federal-Mogul Motorparts is a division of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation.
Leading “first-to-the-aftermarket” parts now available through MOOG distributors are:
- Leaf Spring Shackle Bushing (No. K201182) for more than 3.4 million Ford F150 trucks
- MOOG Problem Solver Control Arm Bushing (No. K200859, right lower rear) for over 1.1 million 2007 to 2011 Honda CR-V models
- Problem Solver Ball Joint (No. K500286, front lower) for approximately 1.4 million Dodge Ram 1500 trucks, model years 2009 to 2015.
The MOOG brand now also offers a Leaf Spring Shackle Bushing (No. K201183) for approximately 2.3 million 2004 to 2008 Ford F150, 2004 to 2005 F150 Super Crew and 2006 to 2008 Lincoln Mark LT models, as well as an aftermarket-first suspension control arm (MOOG Problem Solver, No. DS300012) for more than 500,000 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 Heavy Duty trucks, model years 2004 to 2007.
First to the aftermarket for 2014-2015 Mazda3 models is the MOOG Problem Solver Front Right Stabilizer Bar Link (No. K750751). Also first to the aftermarket for Chevrolet Kodiak C6500, C7500 and C8500 trucks, model years 2003 to 2009, are MOOG Problem Solver Outer Tie Rod Ends (No. ES800882, left; No. ES800883, right).
MOOG product engineers introduced eight additional tie rod ends in July, including a Problem Solver Outer Tie Rod End (No. ES800910) for 2013 to 2015 Chevrolet Spark models and Problem Solver Inner Tie Rod Ends for 2010 to 2012 Acura ZDX (No. EV800959) and 2016 Subaru Crosstrek, 2014 to 2016 Forester and 2016 to 2015 XV Crosstrek (No. EV800982) models. Also new to the MOOG line are rear wheel-hub assemblies for the Mitsubishi Lancer, model years ranging from 2008 to 2015; and control arms/assemblies for more than 500,000 late-model Acura and Audi passenger vehicles.
