Both reflecting and supporting its rapid and ongoing growth, Marmon Highway Technologies (MHT) is being organized into two entities that will provide greater focus on serving key customers and markets.
“MHT has grown quickly over the last several years driven primarily by a very segmented focus on specific products and specific channels to our markets,” said Kelly Dier, Chairman of Marmon Highway Technologies. “This highly focused approach to serving our most important customers has led to a rapid expansion of our individual MHT businesses. To sharpen this focus even further, we are organizing MHT’s operations under two entities: Marmon Highway Technologies and Marmon Automotive Solutions.”
Marmon Highway Technologies will serve heavy-duty highway customers and includes businesses producing fifth wheels, brake and wheel-end components, severe-duty axles, springs, truck modifications and platform and heavy haul trailers. Among the industry leading brands in this group are Fontaine Fifth Wheel, Fontaine Trailer, Fontaine Modification, TSE Brakes, Marmon Herrington, SISU, Triangle Springs and Webb Wheel Products. This MHT entity will be led by John Craig.
Marmon Automotive Solutions will serve automotive aftermarket customers and includes businesses supplying a variety of innovative undercar, ride control, and engine management products. Industry leading brands in this group include Perfection, TECHnovation clutch hydraulics and Marmon Ride Control. This MHT entity will be led by Glenn Chambers.

This new structure continues MHT’s long history of bringing the Highway Transportation Industry exceptional products and support through decentralized and highly focused business units,” Dier said.
