Martins Industries has acquired M&R Tire Products. The acquisition has allowed Martins Industries to integrate Magnum+ into their tire equipment and products. Magnum+ is a brand of high-precision tire balancing beads that are an alternative to traditional wheel weight balancing. Martins Industries plans to expand the product offering.
“Magnum+ is a trusted brand with a solid network of distributors and customers. There’s no reason for us to change that,” said Martin Depelteau, CEO of Martins Industries.
Martins Industries’ worldwide distribution centers will ease the logistic and shipping for customers around the world, making it easy as free next-day shipping for any order size, according to the company. Products will be stocked in Memphis, U.S., Montreal, Canada, Tilburg, Netherlands, and Sydney, Australia.
Magnum+ will also benefit from a complete rebranding from the logo design, to the online experience, and all the way to product packaging. The Magnum+ brand refresh will be launched at the 2019 SEMA Show from November 5th in Las Vegas.
