Peterbilt Motors Company announced the launch of the Platinum Service Center program at the North American Commercial Vehicle (NACV) Show in Atlanta.
The certification program scores each dealership location based on several key objective performance factors including world-class facilities and driver’s lounges, utilization of PACCAR Solutions service management, expanded hours of service, excellent parts availability, certified MX engine technicians, and lower dwell time for repairs, as well as performing Rapid Check triage.
“The Platinum Service Center program uses objective criteria to identify the best-in-class Peterbilt service locations across North America,” said Jason Skoog, PACCAR vice president and Peterbilt general manager. “Platinum Service Center dealers have dedicated significant resources to providing our customers superior service in every aspect of their experience, from the moment they enter the facility, to the speed and quality of the service of their vehicles. This program is just one more way Peterbilt and our outstanding dealer network are committed to driving customer uptime and profitability.”
Dealers who achieve the Platinum Service Center certification will be designated at the annual Peterbilt Dealer Meeting in February and receive a special designation in Peterbilt’s Dealer Locator on the company’s website.
