The Continental 16" Conti LAR 3 All-Position Tire is designed for performance in high scrub conditions faced by regional delivery drivers and provides up to 32 percent mileage improvement over competitor products, the company says. The Conti LAR 3 is designed to withstand speeds of more than 90 mph under max load. Its all-steel radial casing is optimized for retreadability, and cut-and-chip resistant tread compounds to withstand high scrub conditions. The 10-ply radial provides increased load carrying capacity and puncture resistance. The Conti LAR 3 will be available in three sizes: LT225/75R16, LT235/85R16 and LT245/75R16.
