The Link Manufacturing Cabmate Semi-Active Cab Suspension has accelerometers throughout the cab and integrated within the frame rails of a vehicle's suspension.
When the vehicle encounters an irregularity in the surface, an ECU responds by stiffening the suspension to account for the unevenness, making the ride smooth. The suspension keeps the entire cab stable, including the steering wheel, shifter, gas and accelerator pedals.
