John Bean has unveiled their 14,000-pound capacity scissor alignment lift, model 4814605AF. Features include:
Open space between the decks for improved access.
A 210" deck length with 154" 4-wheel, or 178" 2-wheel alignment wheelbases, as well as 186" for general service.
4 heavy-duty lifting cylinders to help keep the lift level at all heights.
Contained top and bottom slide blocks for smoother and more uniform lifting.
Larger, twin interlocking mechanical safety racks with 18 level and locked positions. Air actuated mechanical locks, pressure sensing flow control valves and velocity fuses are also provided.
72" flush-mount slip plates that John Bean says are maintenance-free, because of openings in the deck that help disperse dirt and water.
Reinforced, 26" wide decks and a full-length base frame for added durability and accuracy.
An 8-position adjustable work step on each side.
Distance between decks can be set at 38" to 42" at installation. 7,000-pound rolling jacks can also be adapted to the chosen distance.
An enclosed console protects electronic and hydraulic components, while a polyester and acrylic finish protect the exterior.
A flush-mounted model is also available with drive-through capabilities.
