Professional Tool & Equipment News has launched its 2023-24 Purchasing Survey, though readers may know this survey better as the Aftermarket Profile. Shop owners and technicians can participate in the survey covering the types of repairs and services performed by your shop, the equipment you use, where you get your training, and your purchasing plans for the coming year.
"This survey provides important insights for the industry, and we can't do it without you," said Emily Markham, editor of Professional Tool & Equipment News (PTEN). "We need industry leaders to take part in this study that covers the business practices of shops across the country."
Participants can expect to take around 15 minutes to answer questions about their shop, staff, purchasing habits, and much more. Additionally, participants can enter themselves in a drawing for a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card after completing the survey.
The survey results will be published in the April issues of both PTEN and Professional Distributor, as well as online.
