SKF is now providing repair and maintenance data from TecRMI, a TecAlliance solution, on its Online Tech Center.
Technicians who use the repair kits from SKF can now get all the information they need to develop a service order or install the parts from a single source at no extra cost. Once registered in the SKF Tech Center, customers have access to information such as estimated working times, and any special tools required for installation, as well as technical advice all from the TecRMI database.
"This special service perfectly complements our wide range of spare parts and repair kits," said Philipp Herlein, director of global vehicle aftermarket at SKF. " Quite consciously we make a large part of the information available throughout our digital platform during the product search, even before the purchase decision, and this supports our customers in their selection process."
