This bulletin applies to 2016-2017 Infiniti Q50, 2017 Q60, 2018-2019 Q70 and 2017-2019 QX30 vehicles equipped with Telematics. DTC B2EF0 (internal battery circuit voltage below threshold) and B130C (TCU..Telematics Control Unit... pairing error) may be stored. If one of these DTCs is stored, follow the steps listed here.

DTC B2EF0:

Start the engine and let it idle for 30 minutes to allow charging of the TCU internal battery)
Erase the DTC. If the DTC erases, the repair is complete. If not, replace the TCU.

DTC B130C:

Collect all keys and then re-register them to the vehicle.
Erase the DTC. If the DTC erases, the repair is complete. If not, replace the TCU.
