Predii has introduced the first automotive AI "co-pilot" designed to augment and support automotive service and repair workflows. Predii 360 aims to link breakthroughs in generative AI with Predii's 10-plus years of leadership in developing automotive-specific AI applications. The solution intelligently responds to automotive service and repair questions, producing actionable intelligence to enhance the efficiency and productivity of service writers, technicians, parts counter people, and other industry professionals.

Predii executives are set to demonstrate Predii 360 during the AAPEX 2023 Show in Las Vegas.

"The future of the automotive industry is very quickly moving towards one-point-entry AI solutions that allow users to move beyond siloed information and interact with systems in a human-like manner," said Tilak Kasturi, Predii founder and CEO. "Having an AI collaborator in the loop in expert-knowledge-dependent industries will become the norm very soon."

Predii 360 leverages multiple components within the company's extensive technology portfolio:

  • Predii AI Pipeline, which extracts from billions of automotive service data points;
  • Predii Intelligent Intent Response Network (IIRN), which understands industry specific intents of questions and responds by pulling in custom knowledge sources;
  • Predii LLM, an automotive specific, fine-tuned Large Language Model (LLM) that allows for use-case specific knowledge ingestion and retrieval framework.

"We feel generative AI will be revolutionary to the part look-up process in the aftermarket," said Erik St. Pierre, co-founder and COO of PartsTech. "We are excited to see Predii build a solution that addresses very specific aftermarket use cases while protecting data integrity and IP."
