Federated Auto Parts' Federated Car Care program is getting an upgrade. With several new enhancements added, the program aims to improve and grow its Car Care Center customers' businesses.
These updates include updated signage, marketing support, image-enhancing tools, wearables, business management assistance, and other information designed to help daily shop operations. Additionally, labor assurance and road hazard insurance programs are provided as part of the Federated Car Care program, including a free roadside assistance program that has been expanded to 365 days with an increased reimbursement of $125.
The Group Training Academy, an online and in-person automotive training source, is also accessible to Federated Car Care customers. This includes local hands-on training seminars using the Group Training Academy's hybrid/EV and other hands-on training aids.
According to Federated, the program offers customers a new health benefits program from Lockton Affinity which gives Car Care customers the cost savings of level-funding without added risk. The program offers employees access to national networks as well.
