PHINIA names GM of North American aftermarket business

Automotive veteran Russell Stebbins will take on the role of general manager of North American aftermarket business.

PHINIA, an independent solutions and components provider, has announced Russell Stebbins as general manager of the North American aftermarket business.

In his new role, Stebbins will lead the North American aftermarket team and develop sales to independent aftermarket and original equipment supplier (OES) customers, executing PHINIA's vision and value proposition to customers across the region. 

Stebbins joins PHINIA with over 30 years of experience in the global automotive industry. He has served at tier-1 suppliers such as TRW, Lumileds, Akebono, and Sensata Technologies. At Sensata, he served as the general manager of the global auto aftermarket businesses and senior director for the global aftermarket business unit. 

"Russell has a proven track record for increasing revenue and executing growth strategies for OE, OES, and independent aftermarket companies," said Neil Fryer, VP and GM of PHINIA's global aftermarket business. "With his extensive career background, he has the know-how to excel in this role through sales, category management, marketing, remanufacturing, and more."
