PHINIA Inc. announced that Dave Illes has been promoted to Director of Aftermarket and OES Sales, Marketing, and Training for the Delphi, Delco Remy, and Hartridge brands in North America.
As director, Illes will oversee his teams' strategies and promoting growth across the region. He brings over 30 years of experience in a number of sales and operations positions in the aftermarket industry and previously worked for Standard Motor Products, Inc., Lumileds LLC, and Tenneco Inc.
