Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions will present under the theme "Sustaining Motion. Pioneering Future."

The Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket division will present under its new name of Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) at AAPEX 2024. The event will be the first industry event for Schaeffler after its merger with Vitesco Technologies, and VLS will promote its vehicle repair and service solutions under the motto "Sustaining Motion. Pioneering Future."

“With our recent merger with Vitesco Technologies, Schaeffler is poised to launch more groundbreaking products that encompass a diverse spectrum of technologies, from internal combustion engines to battery electric vehicles. Our blended portfolio ensures that we can meet and exceed the demands of our customers, always providing them with reliable and efficient solutions tailored to their needs,” said Eric Steinbecher, president of Vehicle Lifetime Solutions Americas.

At AAPEX 2024, the Schaeffler booth will demonstrate a number of products across its portfolio, including expansions in its LuK TorCon torque converter product line for passenger cars and pickup trucks. Schaeffler will also introduce expansions in e-water pumps, transmission control units and modules, and Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) sensors, which come as a result of the merger with Vitesco.

The company will showcase the new NOx sensors at AAPEX, as well as its Modular Hybrid Transmission unit for original equipment applications. Schaeffler will present updates from its engine portfolio, including valvetrain technologies and expanded lines of timing kits, front-end auxiliary drive kits, and thermal management modules. It will also share advanced chassis mechatronics and the company's Rear Wheel Steer and Force Feedback Actuator.

Schaeffler will present its newly developed interactive driving simulator, allowing visitors to experience how the company's steer-by-wire Force Feedback Actuator adapts to driving styles. The company will also host training sessions on timing chain installation and troubleshooting for the GM high-feature 3.6L V6 platform, which will be available on-demand on Schaeffler's REPXPERT online platform.

Schaeffler is located in booth #A2232 at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.
