The renewed program adds an increased emphasis on Bosch's premium offerings and multiple new SKUs.

Bosch announced the relaunch of its premium car and light truck battery offerings under the new name Bosch Premium Battery Program. The relaunch adds 13 new SKUs for the Bosch S5 Premium Power Flooded Batteries line, which provide a long service life and reduced risk of acid leakage in newer car models with high electronic demand, and three new SKUs for the Bosch S6 High Performance AGM Batteries line, which offers a lifespan up to twice as long as conventional alternatives and optimal power for start-stop vehicles that use regenerative braking. The S5 line comes with a 3-year warranty, while the S6 has a 4-year warranty.
