This coincides with Sonic's 10-year U.S. anniversary and will transform the exclusive North American distribution partner into a wholly owned entity.
This acquisition aims to strengthen Sonic Group's global presence while giving Sonic Tools USA a distributor network across North America where it can gain access to additional resources and expand its presence further.
