Streamlight releases new USB flashlight

The MegaStream USB is a compact rechargeable flashlight.

Streamlight has launched a new USB light, the MegaStream USB. The flashlight is rechargeable and combines 1,800 lm, 26,000 candelas, and a two-hour run-time on high. 

Measuring just 5.3" long and weighing 5.4 oz, the light features three output modes: highs long and weighing only 5.4 ounces, the MegaStream USB features three output modes: high (1,800 lm, 26,000 candelas, 322m beam distance), medium (500 lm, 7,200 candelas, 170m beam distance), and low (150 lm, 2,100 candelas, 92m beam distance). Run-times range from 13 hours on the low setting to two hours on high.

Constructed from machined aluminum alloy with a Type II MIL-Spec anodized finish, the MegaStream USB is built to withstand tough conditions. It features an unbreakable polycarbonate lens, is IPX7-rated waterproof to one meter for 30 minutes, and is 2m impact resistance tested. The light comes in black and includes Streamlight's limited lifetime warranty.
