NAPA Auto Care announced the introduction of its Team Tool Rebate program, which was developed to address technicians' need for the proper tools and equipment while reducing the costs associated with it. The rebate offers technicians at one of NAPA's over 18,000 Auto Care centers an opportunity to get a percentage of their money back based on the purchases they make with NAPA throughout the year, and the program's percentage is enhanced for NAPA Gold Certified members. The program pairs with NAPA's Apprentice Program, which provides members with a free resource to foster new technicians and service professionals.
What people are saying
Jason Rainey, vice president of NAPA Auto Care/Autotech/AAA Preferred Partner, said, "“This new benefit, offered exclusively to NAPA Auto Care centers, is a huge step forward for our valued members. We recognize one of the largest barriers throughout a technician’s career is the cost of tools and diagnostic equipment. With NAPA being a leading distributor of these products and solutions, we feel confident the new Team Tool Rebate will address those needs for technicians. It will also continue to help our members attract and retain top talent while building strong cultures.”
Roy Foster, owner of Roy Foster's Automotive in Reno, Nevada, said, "The NAPA Team Tool Rebate is a groundbreaking opportunity that eases the financial burden on technicians, who often spend tens of thousands on tools just to do their jobs. This program not only provides vital support but also serves as a powerful recruiting tool, strengthening the bond between technicians and NAPA Auto Care owners while fostering long-term career sustainability and loyalty."
