ISN and National Oak Distributors agree to merge

The merger aims to create expanded opportunities for both organizations.

National Oak Distributors (NOD) and Integrated Supply Network (ISN) have announced an agreement to merge the two businesses, a historic event in the automotive aftermarket distribution industry. The merger is expected to close within three weeks.

Impact of the merger

The merger will combine NOD's leadership in the automotive paint, body, and equipment segment, with ISN's leadership in the automotive tool and equipment segment. This marks a significant step forward in both organization's efforts to expand their reach and deliver valuable services and solutions to suppliers and customers. 

ISN and NOD expect this merger to create the following:

  • Enhanced capabilities: They will have access to a broader range of resources, expertise, technologies, and distribution capabilities.
  • Expanded opportunities: The merger will open new growth opportunities, allowing NOD and ISN to explore new products, solutions, geographies, and sales channels.
