Worldwide Equipment has relocated and opened four Kenworth dealerships to enhance parts and service support for customers operating in the coal-producing region of Eastern Kentucky and West Virginia. The latest Worldwide Equipment dealership actions have included opening a 26,000 square-foot Kenworth parts and service location with easy access to U.S. Interstate 64 in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia; opening an 18,000 square-foot Kenworth parts and service location in Lowmansville, Kentucky; relocating its full-service Kenworth dealership in Prestonsburg to an existing 22,000 square-foot site in Louisa, Kentucky; and relocating a former parts and service store in South Charleston, West Virginia, to a larger and more modern, 32,000 square-foot facility in Cross Lanes, and upgraded it to a full-service dealership.
“Worldwide Equipment’s significant investments are focused on serving our customers based in Appalachia and those traveling through the region. With these new dealerships and relocations, fleets and their drivers have access to expanded parts and service offerings, including an additional 18 service bays in modern, updated and conveniently located dealerships that can be easily expanded as our business grows,” said Terry Dotson, president and chief executive officer of Worldwide Equipment.
