At Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) 2020, Cojali presents the latest innovations of Jaltest Diagnostics, its All-Makes diagnostics tool, as well as the different vertical solutions of Jaltest Telematics, taking the diagnostics process from the shop to the truck.
Link V9
The new Link V9 is designed with a rugged covering that cushions small bumps, protects against scratches, and enables the seal closure of the device, preventing the inlet of dirt and water (IP40). With a reduced weight, (76 percent less than the previous version), it offers the possibility of attaching a lanyard to facilitate the use and carry of the device. Its polycarbonate core offers high resistance to impacts and high temperatures. Both the connectors and the new cables for the Link V9 have been designed to guarantee an easy and safe connection, as well as to cushion bumps and prevent the need for repairs. The Link V9 provides integrated Bluetooth, double RAM memory, four CAN channels, dual BUS reading capacity, and a larger number of supported communication protocols.
20.1V Jaltest software
Jaltest All-Makes diagnostics tool for Commercial Vehicles not only maintains its position as the best All-Makes diagnostics tool for commercial vehicles, but in this 20.1 software version presents a new design, with an improved UI (user interface), as well as coverage improvements, says the company. The updated software offers coverage in more than 260 brands, 6,866 models, 53,910 systems, has 50,182 functionalities, and 480,568 fault codes.
The Jaltest software also provides step-by-step troubleshooting trees, component replacement guides, repair times, and troubleshooting by systems.
User interface
The new user interface has optimized software to reduce the installation and update time, as well as to respond rapidly in all processes. It is designed for use with all screen types and sizes, which enables the user to configure shortcuts, customize the working area, and define the visualization according to their needs. The interface offers the user all the information they need in one single display, and with its clean, minimalist, and elegant design, says the company, it is developed to favor the visualization of graphics, icons, and colors.
Remote diagnostics with Jaltest T-VOD
The remote diagnostics with Jaltest T-VOD offers:
