The Timken Company received the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) Head of the Class Award: large manufacturer category. The award recognizes companies dedicated to the continuous education and training of their employees.

A salute to progress, the award acknowledges companies that invest in employee knowledge and skill growth, which ultimately benefits both employee career development and the company’s ability to successfully meet customer needs. Recipients of this award are distinguished as education leaders in the aftermarket industry.
Additionally, Andrea Schultz, regional sales manager with Timken, received the AAIA Impact Award: Four for the Future, which annually honors four aftermarket professionals, age 40 or younger, who have made remarkable contributions within the aftermarket industry.
It’s been an award winning year for The Timken Company. Earlier this year, the company received recognition as the winner of the Polk Efficiency Award, given to aftermarket companies for process improvements in inventory and supply chain efficiency.
