O’Reilly Auto Parts names NGK Spark Plugs 2014 Vendor of the Year
At its annual Managers’ Conference held February 5-8 in St. Louis, Mo., O’Reilly Auto Parts honored NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) with the 2014 Vendor of the Year award. The award recognized NGK’s dedication in providing outstanding order fill, performance and quality for both NGK spark plugs and NTK oxygen sensors in 2014.
“On top of consistently outstanding fill rates, NGK has maintained a great reputation for performance and quality amongst our team members. In 2014, NGK continued their solid performance in terms of the blocking and tackling; however, they also partnered with us on several key projects that required extensive planning and execution,” said David Wilbanks, Vice President, Merchandise- O’Reilly Auto Parts. “Their performance was outstanding, and our category results have improved as a result of those projects.”
