Quality parts is top need of auto technicians

To satisfy auto technicians, deliver quality auto parts that perform up to expectations and do it as quickly as possible at a reasonable price.

Bruce Adams, managing editor for Aftermarket Business World, wrote a blog, “Quality is the key attribute to auto technicians buying auto parts.”

The blog examined the Aftermarket Business World Technician Attitude Study, which surveyed auto techs about their parts buying habits.

The study says that the No. 1 attribute that auto technicians seek is part quality. The next most important auto part characteristics were brand, performance and availability. Those were followed by price and warranty.
