Christian Brothers Automotive is set to steer the industry-leading brand to long-term growth with the announcement today of an expanded executive leadership team responsible for further pursuing franchise and real estate site acquisition goals.

As part of its strategic efforts to grow Christian Brothers into new target markets, the brand has announced that Donnie Carr, President of Christian Brothers, Brad Fink, VP of Leadership and Franchise Development, and Michael Suttle, Chief Development Officer, will be driving franchise expansion.

The expanded roles for Carr, Fink and Suttle are primed to jumpstart various aspects of the brand’s franchising and real estate acquisition and expansion initiatives for the remainder of 2019 and beyond.

“I look forward to joining Brad and Michael as we continue to push forward and advance Christian Brothers’ growth goals to new heights,” said Carr. “Our franchise development and real estate teams are an incredible group of dedicated, driven individuals and I look forward to helping set the course to make 2019 our strongest in franchise sales yet.”

Carr has been a member of the Christian Brothers corporate team for 12 years, leading franchisees in year-over-year growth for the brand formerly serving as VP of operations. As President, Carr will be focused on using his expertise in targeted franchise development and market strategies to expand Christian Brothers’ footprint in strategic and high priority markets.

Fink, who was previously promoted to VP of Leadership Development in 2018, has been a part of the Christian Brothers team for more than 11 years. As VP of Leadership and Franchise Development, Fink will focus on identifying and meeting the growth capacities of target markets. He will also continue to support operations and leadership training for franchisees and their teams.

Suttle has been with the Christian Brothers corporate team for the past seven years and most recently served as the VP of Real Estate. As Chief Development Officer, Suttle will focus on leading the real estate market strategy in addition to the construction, property procurement and purchasing teams within the organization.

“Christian Brothers has invested heavily in its people and resources over the past few years and because of this our ability to continue to be leaders in the automotive service space is fortified,” said Suttle. “To be able to work collaboratively with Donnie and Brad will allow our brand to move forward with focus, intention and operational excellence.”

Together, Carr, Fink and Suttle will guide Christian Brothers to meet and exceed its franchising and business unit growth goals as an organization through skilled, experienced support.

“I’m excited to be part of a team with Donnie and Michael that make sure Christian Brothers is better positioned than ever before to drive our franchise goals and further support our incredible franchise system,” said Fink. “I’m looking forward to helping prospective franchisees learn how they can grow and expand with Christian Brothers, and ultimately join our franchise family as a valuable part of our continued expansion.”

Based on the business model that taking your car to be serviced shouldn’t be a chore, Christian Brothers Automotive offers a wide array of services, from simple upkeep and maintenance to preventative services addressing issues that would otherwise require more expensive repair and replacement down the road.
