OEConnection LLC (OEC), the leading technology provider for original equipment manufacturers’ (OEM) distribution networks, announced that Carrier Transicold has selected OEC and its parts sourcing and referral solutions for use by its dealer network in the U.S. and Canada. The OEC solutions will enable Carrier Transicold dealers to share inventory information to locate and obtain parts quickly from each other, helping to reduce idle inventory and improve overall network efficiency.

“We are pleased and excited to provide Carrier Transicold the industry-leading solutions to improve their parts sourcing abilities,” said Kyle McChesney, General Manager, EPC & Supply Chain for OEC.  “Through our holistic inventory management solutions, Carrier Transicold dealers will be able to better leverage their inventory for improved customer service, greater efficiency and increased parts sales,” McChesney added. “We look forward to working with OEC to implement their inventory management solutions within our dealer network,” said Tom Spencer, dealer network manager, Carrier Transicold. OEC parts sourcing solutions will be implemented across the Carrier Transicold dealer network in the U.S. and Canada later this year.
