The series explores:
- How the shop grows their third-generation, family-owned business
- What goes into buying a lift
- How adding new equipment is helping the shop increase productivity, grow revenue and hopefully add a new technician to the mix
- What goes into lift installation and working with a distributor
Not to mention viewers will get to hear a few good jokes and the purr of some cool classic cars (or maybe that purr is just the shop cat, Frank).
“The team at Forward Lift and distributor Kam Hydraulics have been great to work with,” says Chris Winblad, owner of Ludlow Automotive. “As a third-generation shop owner, I was looking for a way to expand my business. They walked me through different options of how I could reconfigure my shop and add an additional lift that I will be able use to expand my shop’s business.”
The series explores how a boost in the shop’s productivity gave Chris the freedom he wanted so he could spend more time doing what he loves most – making classic cars run like new.
“Chris’ challenge to grow his business isn’t a unique one: We see many of our customers struggle with how to expand or improve their output,” said David Fischmer, Director of Marketing for Vehicle Service Group, Forward Lift’s parent company. “We wanted to do something a little bit different – create a web series where viewers could learn a thing or two, but something that was also entertaining.”
