Hanson Distributing Co. has appointed industry veteran Steven Cox as chief operating officer. Cox will report to company President and CEO Daniel Hanson.
Cox has held numerous executive level positions within the automotive aftermarket in the areas of retail, Internet, distribution and manufacturing. His most recent position was director of sales for Dorman Products Inc.

Hanson Distributing Co. was founded in 1954 and is a member of Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance and operates warehouses and retail stores in California under the Bumper to Bumper banner.
