Airtex-ASC has named Wendy Moneypenny its new customer services manager.

Airtex-ASC has named Wendy Moneypenny its new customer services manager.

Moneypenny will manage the day-to-day operations of the Airtex-ASC customer service team as well as design and implement new processes and operational policies to ensure that customer needs are addressed and expectations are fulfilled.

“We are very pleased to welcome Wendy to the Airtex-ASC team as our new customer services manager,” says Charles Harris, senior director of sales and marketing for Airtex-ASC. “Wendy brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Her knowledge and leadership skills make her the ideal manager to initiate new, proactive programs that will help Airtex-ASC best serve its growing customer base.”

Moneypenny comes to Airtex-ASC from Amerimark Direct, a direct marketing company in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, where she held the roles of vice president of customer services and director of customer services.
