Cardone Industries Inc. has named Michael Cardone III and Christin Cardone McClave to new leadership roles at the privately held company.
Cardone III is now executive vice chairman, reporting directly to the executive chairman. In this role, he will be responsible for strategic corporate development. Cardone began his career with the company in 1998, serving mostly recently as president since 2010.
Cardone McClave, who currently sits on the company’s board of directors and chairs the board’s nominating and governance committee, has accepted a full-time internal role as chief people officer, reporting to the CEO. In this role, McClave will be responsible for culture and people strategy, talent and leadership development, and corporate and internal communications.
Cardone McClave’s professional career began at Johnson & Johnson, where she held several leadership positions. In 2009, she founded Unifi Coaching to help organizations with leadership development, organizational strategy, and board/family governance.
