The Automotive Training Institute (ATI) announced its first-ever international auto repair shop training sessions in New Zealand at the Auto Super Shoppes Conference and the Driven to Succeed event.

Presented by ATI Executive Coach Bryan Stasch, seminar topics include "Top 5 Things Top Shops Do Right All the Time", "What's in the Numbers? And What Are They Trying to Tell You?", "What's Your End Game, Profit Model & Your WIN Number", "Increasing Shop Productivity and Technician Efficiency", and "Succession Planning".

"My goal is to teach shop owners how to create an effective business plan that gives them the income their business needs in today's financial climate, the return on investment to enjoy the good life, and the wealth needed to retire with financial security," Stasch said.

Attendees to these events can look forward to excursions, food, an award ceremony, and more. Driven to Succeed is open to all MTA members, Repco, Auxo customers, and shop owners wanting to invest in continuous improvements.

"We are excited to be kicking off our partnership with Auto Super Shoppes," said ATI Chief Operating Officer, Ron Greenman. "ATI will provide a great compliment to some of the services they already provide for their membership. We are looking forward to supporting these shops in New Zealand as well as other places throughout the globe with our proven training and coaching programs. Our entire team is excited about this new market and chapter for ATI and Auto Super Shoppes."
