Bill Rhodes of AutoZone to Address AASA Executive Breakfast

Bill Rhodes, chairman, president and CEO of AutoZone Inc. is scheduled to present the keynote address at the Executive Breakfast presented by the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at 7 a.m. This is scheduled to be the kickoff event at the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) during Industry Week in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The breakfast, sponsored by Ernst & Young, is the fourth annual event offered by AASA on the opening day of AAPEX."We are pleased that Bill Rhodes is joining us for the 2008 AASA Executive Breakfast. AutoZone is one of our leading retailers in the automotive aftermarket, and his insights will be of particular interest to our members," said Bill Handschuh, president and COO of AASA.

Handschuh is scheduled to open the breakfast meeting with a report on the state of the aftermarket industry and AASA initiatives. Following Rhodes's keynote presentation, both he and Handschuh are scheduled to answer questions from the audience.

Bill Rhodes has been with AutoZone for more than 13 years and has served in a variety of executive roles including executive vice president overseeing store operations and commercial; senior vice president supply chain and information technology; senior vice president supply chain; divisional vice president of stores and senior vice president of finance.

Rhodes is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin (Accounting) and has an MBA from the University of Memphis. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He began his career with Ernst & Young.
