DOT releases fact sheets on three connected vehicle pilot sites

As part of the USDOT's Connected Vehicle Pilot Deployment Program, these sites are designing, building, and testing the nation's most complex and extensive deployment of integrated wireless in-vehicle, mobile device and roadside technologies.
The USDOT has released new fact sheets on each of the three pilot deployment sites: New York City; Wyoming; and Tampa, Florida. As part of the USDOT's Connected Vehicle Pilot Deployment Program, these sites are designing, building, and testing the nation's most complex and extensive deployment of integrated wireless in-vehicle, mobile device and roadside technologies.
The newly released fact sheets provide an overview of each of the pilot deployment sites, including the transportation challenges that exist in each location. The fact sheets also discuss the deployment approach, connected vehicle applications, partnerships, and expected benefits for each pilot site. To view the fact sheets, please use the following links:
