Trish Serratore to appear on Town Hall Academy Live on March 12

Trish Serratore, senior vice president of communications for the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), will be the special guest on the March 12 episode of Town Hall Academy Live.

In the episode, entitled “ASE: Re-Thinking Your Certification,” host Carm Capriotto will interview Serratore, along with Jamie Bullis, lead technician at Firestone Complete Autocare in Bloomington, Minnesota and Mark Murphy, lead technician at Dynamic Automotive in Frederick, Maryland, about the importance of ASE certification, how ASE has simplified the registration process, using the ASE renewal app for recertifications, new test offerings and the new ASE website.

The live episode is scheduled for Friday, March 12 at noon ET and will be available for listening at www.remarkableresults.biz/academy.
