Sept. 14, 2022
The 3/4" Impact Wrench has an easy, ergonomic design that is ideal for a broad range of work environments.

Application

The Ingersoll Rand 3/4" Impact Wrench, No.2146Q1MAX, has an easy, ergonomic design that is ideal for a broad range of work environments such as light commercial where applications include maintenance on tires, brakes, and suspension, and general industrial applications where technicians work on pipe and flange fittings or bolt clamps.

Features and benefits

  • The 2146Q1MAX delivers 2,000 ft-lbs of nut-busting torque and 1,450 ft-lbs of maximum reverse torque through its feather-touch trigger, making it a flexible and powerful tool that is ready to handle almost any application.
  • The built-in pressure gauge ensures optimal performance, and that excessive pressure does not cause premature wear on the tool. Conversely, it lets the technician know when the tool is underpowered. This helps preserve the life of the tool and minimizes lifetime service costs. The easy-to-read 3-color gauge indicates the different pressure zones: red zone for over 90 PSIG, which may cause excessive wear on the tool; green zone for optimum torque and tool life; and yellow zone indicates the tool is underpowered.
  • Everything on the tool has been rigorously tested, and the steel hammer case can withstand the drops and everyday abuse from the most demanding work environments.

Origin

Ingersoll Rand developed the 2146MAX Series of impact wrenches to deliver power and durability without sacrificing comfort and ease of use. Its enhanced ergonomic design includes an ergonomic pistol grip, combined with a feather-touch trigger provides maximum control and maneuverability, making it a tool users can use all day, every day.
