Launch Tech USA released it's X-431 Torque 5, a tri-function professional diagnostic scan tool with a VCI unit that is also a two-channel oscilloscope.
According to Launch officials, the aim is to assist the technician in advanced diagnostics workflow. The need for advanced automotive diagnostics has "never been greater due to the connected car era," as Launch continues to add relevant functionality to its X-431 Diagnostic Scan Tool platform, which includes modules for other diagnostic technologies such as battery/electrical system, tire pressure monitoring systems, advanced driver assistance systems, oscilloscope and remote tech to tech diagnostics.
