Launch Tech USA announced the implementation of Motor Information Systems' vehicle in the loop (VIL) data into the X-431 professional scan tool diagnostic models. The implementation will consist of two product suites from Motor's portfolio: light-duty data and fleetcross data, which covers the HD segment.

Launch Tech says this will allow them to continue to offer relevant diagnostic product solutions, specifically for the independent automotive repair person.

The Launch X-431 diagnostic software platform includes applications for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), oscilloscope (electrical waveform diagnostics and testing), battery testing, tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) and tech-to-tech remote collaboration (PC to scan tool/scan tool to scan tool) diagnostics.
